A Foundation of Security & Care
• Rigorous Staff Training
All Early Explorers educators and caregivers receive comprehensive training in areas essential to children’s safety, including pediatric first aid, CPR, safe sleep practices, and illness prevention. We only hire those who demonstrate skill and compassion to help children.
• Health & Illness Policies
We follow clear, carefully crafted guidelines defining when children should stay home and how we respond to illness in class. This includes daily health checks, prompt isolation of sick children, and regular communication with families.
• Hygiene & Cleanliness
Our facilities are cleaned on a daily basis and maintained to the highest standards. Toys, surfaces, and high-touch areas are sanitized frequently. Bedding and rest areas are cleaned and managed with strict safe sleep protocols.
Safety in Every Setting
- Classroom Safety
Age-appropriate furniture, secured storage, safe toys, and continuous supervision ensure that classrooms are safe and stimulating. We verify child identity at transitions (for example, when moving from one room to another) to ensure every child is accounted for.
- Sleep & Rest Time
Rest periods are structured. Each child has their own bedding and space. We follow all safe sleep guidelines to support healthy rest with comfort and safety.
- Pick-Up & Drop-Off Protocols
The safety of transitions matters as much as the rest of the day. Parents or authorized guardians must be on our approved pick-up list. Staff verify identity at pick-up to ensure children leave with the right person.
- Emergency Preparedness
We maintain robust procedures and equipment for emergencies—fire alarms, evacuation plans, emergency exits, building security, and off-site protocol if needed. Regular drills and building checks help ensure every measure is ready when needed.

Vision
We aim to nurture bright young minds, fostering curiosity, creativity, and confidence for a lifelong love of learning.
